We (almost) send worldwide, currently excluding China, India and Russia. Please note that unexpected delays may occur of which Lavue studio has no control over and is not responsible for. Orders usually cannot be cancelled after they have been confirmed through our website.

If a package is undeliverable, the customer will be held responsible for any return and original shipping charges. Please note that we are not accountable for any orders that have been marked as delivered nor where delivery attempts have been made. We cannot ship to P.O Boxes as generally shipments require a signature on delivery.

Unfortunately, we do not cover the cost of import duties and taxes and therefore every buyer has to assume responsibility for these potential additional costs. we do not offer exchanges or refunds on sale items or items purchased using a discount code (exclusive of our sign up code)
due to hygiene regulations items such as earrings and headpieces are excluded from any refund/exchange.
please choose carefully. items purchased using a promotional discount code as well as sale items are strictly no refund or exchange.
we do not cover costs for items to be returned to us, customers are required to pay for postage.
we offer a refund, exchange & credit notes for change of mind on unworn, unused, undamaged items purchased at full price only. within 30 days of purchase.
you must request a return id number within 30 days of receipt of your order at : contact@lavuestudio.co. then complete the return form that was included with your order. include the original invoice and returns form in the parcel.

We recommend keeping your receipt until the refund process is completed. Refunds will be made using the payment method originally used when making the purchase. Please note that international customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded.
